Review and use this Administrative Letter system to build case evidence first, then self prepare (suggest using this additional legal guide course – at least get the newsletter), and/or use legal local counsel to take the final legal actions at YOUR direction. You are captain of your ship, so learn first, and stay in charge.

2. ORDER A FORENSIC AUDIT – of sufficient quality to support this plan. ORDER FORM – Member price for combo Forensic Audit and Securitization Audit is just $997 total. If Federal Violations are uncovered in a Forensic Audit a Demand Letter informs the current servicer that your homeowner exercises their right pursuant to the Federal Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1635, Regulation Z § 226.23 to rescind the transaction.
Give the servicer 20 Days Notice to provide:
1.Proposals of Loan Modification
2. Reduction in principal based on current appraised price
3. Return all monies paid and terminate the security interest

YOU SHOULD ALSO RESEARCH LOCAL ATTORNEYS AND PARALEGALS TO ASSIST, who are willing to follow your process and help you complete some final steps locally. This may include negotiating a Principal Reduction (do not settle for a loan mod), based on these findings.
Then if not satisfied, file a QUITE TITLE action based on those findings. We do not generally "recommended" known sources in most counties, but instead the team of attorneys who help with some instruction here, may provide support to your local attorney to complete the filings, if you also are working with these team attorneys under their agreement.
While filing some of your documents, again, get to know a local Paralegal who can help with filings and procedural issues, for less cost than an attorney from some issues.

Their written report should be sufficient to aid a local attorney in taking your case, based on out teaching about standing, and fraud.
With this process we will review your forms and papers, then charge via credit card submission, then submit for the audit to begin. There is no way to "prequalify" there results of an audit until is have been performed. Thus the fee is not refundable once processed. They will give you any evidence that may exists to enforce your case.
